SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Australia
We offer standard worldwide shipping. All orders will be sent via Australia Post from Perth,WA.
Cost
Free standard shipping on all orders over $250.
Standard shipping charges for orders under $250 will cost $9.00 delivered nationwide.
Delivery
Delivery within 2-4 Business days from dispatch date, depending on your delivery location.
All orders are packed and dispatched within 2 working days – except public holidays. We will email you a tracking number within one business day after your order is dispatched so you can track the progress of your order. Please note we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been dispatched. 
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that you will receive your package within the above time frame as there may be delays outside of our control. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatched.
For packages weighing less than 2kg, do not require a signature and the package will be left at your delivery address – in the safest place the delivery driver can find, most likely your letter/post box. We do not hold responsibility for stolen packages.  But if you do believe your package has been stolen please contact us immediately on hello@tulsilabel.com and we will do our best to find out what happened to your package.
 
International Shipping
We offer standard international shipping for a flat rate. All orders will be sent from Perth, WA.

Zone 1 - New Zealand | 4-6 working days | $20.00
Zone 2 - North America, Western Europe, Asia and the Pacific | 6-13 working days  | $25.00
Zone 3 - Rest of the world | 10-15 working days | $30.00

Taxes and customs
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. tulsi the label will not be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs. We advise that you become familiar with your package destination’s import duty, customs and local sales taxes as well as its rules and regulations for importing foreign goods and products.
 
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Australian Orders
If you wish to return a product you must first email hello@tulsilabel.com to receive authorisation of your return. Please include the following details in your email:
  1. Order number
    2. What you are returning
    3. Reason for return
    4. If you would like an exchange or refund
    5. If exchange, what item you’d like to have sent back and size
Once approved you will be provided with the return address to send your item/s back. In the package please include original invoice so we can identify your order when we receive it back.
Before returning please ensure you’ve read and understood our returns policy (see below), if any item/s are returned that don’t meet our policy will be returned back to the customer. Tulsi is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and take note of your tracking number.
All return postage charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
All exchanges include complimentary shipping when being sent back to you. Exchange requests are subject to item/s availability.
All purchases on sale items are final.

If you are only returning part of the original order, the original shipping charge will not be refunded.

RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:
  1. Tulsi must be notified via email of request to return within 14 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe;
  2. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached.
Returned items must be received by tulsi within 7 business days of our authorisation email. Upon receipt of the items, they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will receive a refund or exchange for the purchase price  directly to the original method of payment used for purchase.
Tulsi is not liable for the loss of garments being returned. We encourage you to return your item/s via registered or traceable postal services and taking note of your tracking number. Returned items must be sent by a prepaid method of shipping.
All purchases on sale items are final. 

Processing Your Return
We endeavour to process refunds as soon as they are received but please allow up to 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. You will receive an email notification of the status of your refund once finalised. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card statement. This varies depending on your payment provider.
 
Faulty Items
We are so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. If you have received an item that is damaged or possibly faulty, please contact customer service immediately on hello@tulsilabel.com. Please note, this does not include wear and tear.
